You want to eat healthier. You want to feed your family nourishing meals. But between the busy schedule, the picky eaters, the dietary needs, and the sheer decision fatigue of figuring out what to make. And then doing it all over again and again.
That's exactly why I created the Simple Plate Blueprint.
In our first 75-minute session, we slow down and get personal. We talk about your lifestyle, your family, your goals, and what's actually getting in the way. Together we map out one week of one meal — breakfast, lunch, or dinner — that fits your real life. No overwhelm, no overhaul. Just one doable step forward.
From there, I do the heavy lifting. You receive a personalized meal plan, a ready-to-shop grocery list, and worksheets so you can keep building on your own with confidence.
Then we check in. Your 30-minute follow-up session is space to see how it's going, celebrate what's working, and make sure you feel equipped to keep going.
